Online Return Policy

We want you to LOVE your purchase! We will happily accept returns postmarked within 10 days of purchase on unworn, new products with tags attached. Refunds will be made to the card used in the original transaction. All Monkee’s boutiques are independently owned and operated, so we can only accept returns on purchases from this store location. Returned items must be unworn with price tags intact.

 

Handbags, sunglasses, jewelry, lingerie, accessories, special orders, trunk show items, and SALE items are FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged or returned for a store credit.

 

If you need to return an item, click here to access our online return portal and request a return label. Once a return shipment is received, refunds will be made to the card used in the original transaction less the $6 return shipping fee. If you attempt to return an item after the 10 day window, or items that are final sale, the return will be rejected and items shipped back to you. Shipping

We offer standard shipping for a flat rate. Orders over $250 qualify for complimentary standard shipping. When your order ships, you will receive an email including tracking information.

 

Delivery times and dates will vary based on your location. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or unforeseen delays due to holidays and weather. No overnight shipping is offered at this time.
